The Cornell University Center for Advanced Computing provides high-performance computing systems, database, storage, programming, porting, tuning, and training
services to Cornell and external clients.
Our Cornell clients include
faculty, staff, graduate students and their collaborators as well as domain-specific Research Service Groups such as the
Biotechnology Resource Center and the Research Data Management Service Group.
Our external clients and supporters include the
National Science Foundation and
other public agencies that provide direct grant support to CAC and/or support individual Cornell researchers who leverage Cornell University’s investment in CAC.
Corporations, small businesses, and start-ups engage our capabilities to enhance their competitiveness through our Cornell CAC Partner Program. As New York’s land grant university, Cornell places special emphasis on serving
New York State business and industry.
CAC also
partners with IT industry leaders to advanced the science of high-performance computing and to bring best-of-breed technologies to market faster.
